Is there Parking and what are the details?

  • Valet parking option yes, (price range from $55 to $65) for 24 hours depending on the size of the vehicle. Self-parking option, yes. We are associated with LAZ Parking located 300 W 31st Street (corner of 31st Street and 8th Ave). As a guest of the Hotel Hayden, you receive access to the established prices of $38 for 24 hours. We recommend you drop your bags in the lobby prior to parking your vehicle. When you bring your car to the garage, notify them that you are a guest at Hotel Hayden. You'll be given a ticket which will be happily validated at the front desk. That ticket will be presented to retrieve your car at the end of your stay, where you will pay for the stay directly through them. Is there a bar?

  • Yes, The restaurant is called Mykonos Blue Restaurant and Rooftop opens at 5pm Monday – Sunday. Can you make reservations? Yes call or e-mail medwards@hotelhaydennyc.com

Can you store luggage before or after check-in and check-out?

  • Yes we can store luggage free of charge.

Are there connecting rooms?

  • Yes, but can contact the hotel ahead of time so we can assign your group’s rooms close together.

Is there a business Center?

  • Yes, 24 hours onsite and it is available for guests to surf the web, check e-mail, and print.

Is there a restaurant?

  • Yes, The restaurant is called Mykonos Blue. Open for Breakfast, lunch, Dinner and room service (Open 7 am to 11pm) Monday through Sunday.

What time is check-in?

  • 3pm.

What time is check-out?

  • 12pm.

Can I send packages to the hotel ahead of time?

  • Yes, we are happy to accept packages on the guests behalf. Please ensure that you put the guests name that matches the reservation. The hotel will not accept packages for names that are not in our system.

Is there smoking in the hotel or in the bar?

  • No, we are 100% non-smoking.

Is there a fitness center?

  • Yes, open 24 hours onsite.

Is there an ice machine?

  • Our ice machine is located on the Lower Lobby. Simply dial “0” on your phone and we will be happy to have it sent to your room any time.

What is the minimum age to book a room and check in?

  • 21.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • All reservations made after 12/29/2018 are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy from the reservation day, unless otherwise noted. Cancellations are not allowed with prepaid/non-refundable reservations.

Is there a Facility Fee?

  • A $25 Facility Fee is applied to all stays* and includes a welcome beverage at check-in (varies daily); 2 drink vouchers redeemable at Mykonos Blue Restaurant or Rooftop; 10% discount off of all food and beverage at Mykonos Blue Restaurant or Rooftop; local, long distance and international calls from your guestroom phone; 24/7 access to our state of the art Fitness Studio and Business Center (including printing); in-room bottled water with coffee and tea K-cups; package handling; luggage storage (same day) upon arrival and post checkout and an expanded amenities package. *This $25 Facility Fee is exclusive of service gratuities & applicable taxes and applies to all stays, per room, per night. Certain rate plans and packages are excluded.

How do you request a late check out?

  • We do have options if you need a later checkout. Please inquire at the front desk during your stay for applicable fees
